Most people are unable to take healthy diets due to several causes. For example, the working mothers are challenged by their little one to stick to a healthy diet. They can take grilled salmon and oily fish as it consists of fatty acids. The fats enables the brain and the nervous system to perform well. A grilled salmon can be made by first seasoning the fillet it with salt. After that you are supposed to make a marinade by combining the soy sauce, brown sugar, and vegetable oil. You can then add seasoned fillet in as paper with marinade for two hours.
Add some oil to the grill and then heat it. You should heat it for around 8 minutes on both sides.
Sauteed spinach with garlic is also helpful for recovering. Spinach has magnesium that is used for decreasing the irritability in the recovering process. Taking food with magnesium will also help to get good performing of the nerve and muscular.
Strawberry bananas smoothies are also good to take. Everybody is supposed to take a big breakfast. Ladies in recovery may find it hard to take the heavy breakfast thus they should use the smoothies. In preparing the smoothie, you are supposed to use soy milk and silken tofu since they are a good source of the plant-based protein. Proteins enables one not to crave for some things, and soy-based foods helps the brain to perform well. Taking soy you will have healthy bones and immune system.
Roasted butternut squash is also helpful for women in recovery. Roasted butternut squash has both vitamin A and C. Vitamin A is essential for the eye and immune system. Through taking squash, you will have vitamin B6. Vitamin B6 deficiency is mostly found on the people that that suffer from alcoholic and drug substances.
Green tea is also helpful to as it is a good source of theanine that is good as it has a calming effects on the brain. Green tea also enables lowering cortisol levels in a person. For those that do not take the green tea, they are supposed to add other teas that do not have caffeine.
